Global Banking and AI Leadership Programme: build the strategic edge to lead banking transformation

The Global Banking and AI Leadership Programme from London Business School Executive Education is designed for senior banking and financial services leaders responsible for shaping strategy, leading transformation and guiding the future direction of their organisations. As technological innovation, AI, demographic shifts, evolving customer expectations, regulatory change and new forms of competition reshape the industry, leaders must combine AI and technology oversight, commercial acumen, disciplined risk management and sound judgement to make enterprise-wide choices with confidence.

Through live online learning and an immersive on-campus experience in London, the programme helps you understand how AI is disrupting banking, interpret macro trends and growth opportunities, and rethink leadership and strategy to capitalise on new business models and achieve commercial success. Working with London Business School faculty, industry experts and a global cohort of senior leaders, you will strengthen your ability to navigate regulatory, geopolitical and financial crime complexity, assess growth opportunities, lead organisational change and return with an expanded skill set and actionable insights for your organisation.
