On-campus learning in London

Immerse yourself in the vibrant London ecosystem during the three-and-a-half-day on-campus module. Mornings focus on themes high on the CXO agenda, including the new long life, generative AI and ESG. You will engage with London Business School’s thought leaders and industry experts, gaining real-world insights into how global organisations are responding to these shifts.

In the afternoons, you will apply these insights and assess each theme through the lens of people, businesses and markets, examining how they impact your workforce, organisation and customers. You will also connect with global peers, participate in a group project and explore local innovation hubs.

This immersive experience is designed to broaden your perspective on critical leadership themes, strengthen strategic thinking and equip you to return with bold, future-focused ideas and solutions for long-term business challenges.

The Business of AI: Innovation, ethics and strategy

Curriculum

The programme is divided into two phases: Global Leadership Redefined and the Future of Business. In Phase 1, you will explore strategic leadership and practise innovative approaches for human-centred decision-making. In Phase 2, you will engage in experiential learning with London Business School thought leaders and apply insights in action learning sets with industry peers.

Learn to navigate complex international markets, align organisational strategy with global trends and identify growth opportunities. Module topics include:

Gain the expertise to make high-impact decisions, foster innovation and align stakeholders around long-term goals, ensuring sustained growth. Module topics include:

Leverage design thinking to create an innovation action plan, drive change, understand customer needs and generate creative solutions. This module will enable you to:

Engage in-person through interactions with faculty members, visits to an innovation hub and explorations of local business ecosystems, gaining a 360-degree perspective on leadership.

Day 1: The New Long Life Agenda 

The New Long Life Agenda focuses on lifelong learning, flexible careers and resilience building through social connections and technological innovation. By rethinking traditional life stages, it aims to create a society in which people can thrive at any age.

Day 2: The ESG Agenda 

The ESG agenda focuses on addressing climate change, fostering social equity and ensuring transparent, ethical governance. By integrating ESG principles, organisations aim to drive long-term value, mitigate risks and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future.

Day 3: The AI and Generative AI Agenda

The generative AI (gen AI) agenda focuses on harnessing AI's creative potential to transform industries, enhance productivity, solve problems and drive innovation. It emphasises ethical development, responsible use and collaboration to address challenges such as misinformation and bias.

Day 4: Where Do We Go Next?

The programme ends with a session led by LBS mentors. This session challenges participants to reflect on what they have heard, what it means and what measures are required as the focus shifts from ideas to decisions and actions.

On-campus immersion

This part of the module will take place on campus in London. It includes a three-and-a-half-day on-campus immersion experience that brings you together with peers from around the world to exchange international perspectives and explore cutting-edge topics through panel discussions, guest lectures and in-person faculty sessions. The experience also features visits to an innovation hub and other local business ecosystems.

Programme calendar

The programme includes insights from the academic director on relevant topics, three live online check-in sessions with the faculty director in Module 2, a group project to apply your learnings and interactive discussions to deepen your understanding of key concepts. The Global C-Suite Leadership Programme from London Business School Executive Education is designed to help recent C-suite executives, incumbent C-suite leaders and senior executives build the confidence and skills needed to navigate an increasingly complex global business environment.

The programme is ideal for those preparing to step into a global leadership role from a regional one, as well as heads of strategy, transformation or business development who want to design, evaluate and implement strategic initiatives to seize emerging opportunities in a fast-changing global market. Participants come from diverse backgrounds and countries, with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.

The Global C-Suite Leadership Programme from London Business School Executive Education features online and live online sessions and culminates in a three-and-a-half-day on-campus immersion. 

The Global C-Suite Leadership Programme from London Business School Executive Education is structured around two phases — Global Leadership Redefined and the Future of Business. Participants blend theory with practice by working on a group project, applying their newly acquired knowledge and skills to tackle a real-world business challenge.

Applicants to the Global C-Suite Leadership Programme must submit an online application that includes essays based on their professional journey. The application fees vary by rounds, and applying earlier helps your chances of being accepted into the programme.

Emeritus collects all programme payments, provides learner enrolment and programme support, and manages learning platform services.
